Today I am sharing my delicious prawn toast recipe with you all.. this is a bit of a different take on a prawn toast, but its so full of flavour and as its not deep fried, its a low calorie version of our favourite recipe too.

INGREDIENTS:
400g Prawns
2/3 Slices of bread - I use sourdough
Salt & Pepper
1tsp Ground ginger
2tbsp Sesame seed oil
2tsp Chillie sriracha sauce
Sesame seeds - black and white
