There are so many questions which I have to answer in routine.
1. Why to eat?
Moringa, quinoa and chia are nutrient dense foods which have much more nutrition and medicinal value than our other routine foods like wheat, rice, vegetables. So Incorporation of these foods in our daily diet whill booste immunity, resistance against diseases, overcoming nutritional deficiency
2. What is effective dose? Food has no dose. Every one has to adjust. However, chia is used maximally 2 tablespoon per day. Minimum 2 teaspoons per day is recommended. Quinoa is used alternative of rice. So it is eaten like food, fill your tummy. Cook like rice and eat minimally 9 tablespoons per day. It may be cooked like palao, biryani, chapati or mix with salad or fruits. Can be prepared like shami kabab. Moringa is mimally used 1 teaspoon dried leaf powder directly, mixed with smoothie, shakes, drinks, yogurt, dressing over rice, curry or salad. However the patients of obesity, diabetes, arthitis, uric acidetc must use 3 teaspoons per day (one with eah meal).
3. Who should eat? Every one must eat, not only patients. Healthy one should eat to remain healthy and avoid diseases. However, metabolic syndrome patients must use all these regularly
4. What is best time to use these superfoods? Chia any time. Quinoa is food, so may be taken in breaffast, lunch or dinner.
