Monkeypox: 5th child comes down with disease | NewsNation Prime

At least five children have tested positive for monkeypox. Dr. Peter Hotez says a lack of vaccines and therapeutics is keeping the US from getting a lid on the disease.

"It's too bad because unlike with COVID-19 the vaccines were already invented and developed, and same with the antiviral drug, we just had too many lapses in our system," Hotez said.
