Ingredients
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Erythritol and monk fruit (sugar alternative)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup Avocado Oil
1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
2 cup Almond flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions
1. Mix all of the wet ingredients together
2. Add dry ingredients and mix well
3. Add in blueberries
4. Line the a 4"*8" baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the batter into the baking dish
5. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake the gluten free blueberry cake for 45-50 Minutes
