Mind Readers Book Club: The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks

This event is the third meeting of the Mind Readers Book Club, a program sponsored by Wisconsin ADRC. The series is an opportunity for all community members, research participants and study partners to read and discuss a variety of stimulating books related to Alzheimer's disease, science and wellness.

In this episodode, a group of panelists discussed the book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot with the book club. The dicussion was moderated by Dr. Willie Larkin, director of strategic partnerships, Madison Metropolitan School District, past president of Grambling State University in Louisiana.
