I have used four different varieties of millets in this dosa recipe - Kodo millet, Little millet, Barnyard millet and Pearl millet. It is very healthy and nutrition breakfast made with kodo millet, little millet, barnyard millet, pearl millet
and urad dal.
Ingredients:
Kodo millet - 1 cup
Little millet - 1 cup
Barnyard millet - 1 cup
Pearl millet - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1 cup
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Salt
