Y’all we made it to FRIDAY!!! What a week it’s been but I am blessed to have made it through. I apologize this video was posted a little late, life got in the way but better late than never! Here is a meal prep video that took less than 45 minutes and features some great meals that are super easy and so delicious! This video just goes to show that meal prepping and healthy eating do not have to be complicated or boring. I hope you give these recipes a try and enjoy them as much as I did! Turkey Pesto Sandwich (calories 445, 18g protein | 55g carbs | 12g fat)
(Ingredients)
- Dave's Killer bread
- Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- Roasted Vegetable Pesto
- Dijon Mustard
- Arugula
- Red Onion
- Tomato

Salmon Lettuce Wraps (calories 349 | 26g protein | 22g carbs | 14g fat)
(Ingredients)
- Salmon
- Romain Lettuce Hearts
- Jalapeno
- Tomatoes
- Lemon
- Red Onion
- Parsley
- Corn
- Garlic
- Seasonings of choice (I used salt/pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder)

Directions
- Season and portion out salmon
- Sear salmon in a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium high heat until salmon is cooked to your liking
- wash and dice tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño and parsley
- combine veggies in a bowl and season with desired seasonings
