Hi guys! In today’s video, I am sharing my weekly meal prep for healthy eating and weight loss. If you are new to my channel, I am currently following WW (Weight Watchers) and also track my calories and protein for weight loss. I have a yummy muffin that’s great for breakfast or a snack. AND a flavorful chipotle chicken bowl that is so quick and easy. All of these recipes are low weight watcher (WW) points and high protein to help you meet your goals.

Kodiak Muffins
2 muffins per serving

1 cup Kodiak cakes mix
1 tsp extract (any flavor)
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
3 Tbsp sweetener
3 ripe bananas

Mix together sweetener, eggs, bananas, and extract in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add baking powder and Kodiak cake mix. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
