Managing Unconscious Bias

Published
Presented by Tamara Dawson, EdD, Chair, School of Business
Everyone has unconscious biases. It is important to, first of all, recognize that fact, and then to identify the sources. Once recognition occurs, work can be made to develop strategies to combat bias and to use differences synergistically to improve intercultural effectiveness. This presentation will explore common forms of bias and habits to break unconscious bias.
