Dry ingredients
•Oat flour, 80g
•Vanilla whey protein powder, 70g
•Cinnamon, 4 tsp
•Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
•Baking soda, 1 tsp
•Salt, 1/2 tsp
Wet ingredients
•Butter, 20g (can sub for oil for dairy free)
•Apple cider Vinegar, 2 tsp
•Water, 1/2 cup
•Apple Sauce, 80g
•Vanilla essence, 1 tsp
•100g finely grated raw carrot
HOW TO:
1.) Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl and combine well.
2.) In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
3.) Pour the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
4.) Stir in the grated carrots, until evenly distributed in the batter.
5.) Pour into baking tray.
6.) Bake at 180C/ 350F for 15 minutes.
