Recipe for the sweet course:

For the dough:
1 egg
8 tbs flour
2 tbs icing sugar
zest of a lemon
2 tbs sour cream
450g farmer cheese
two pinch of salt

Mix the farmer cheese with the egg, flour, icing sugar, the grated peel of a lemon, sour cream and two pinches of salt. Knead the mass into a loaf shape on a floured board. If it doesn't stick, let it rest covered. When the cream is ready on a floured board, roll out the dough into 5mm thickness and cut the dough into 20mm pieces. Cook in salted hot water until it comes to the top. Cook the noodle in small batches because it’s very soft.

For the cream:
4 eggs separated
80 g butter
1 tbs flour
250 ml milk
4 tbs sour cream
4 tbs icing sugar
2 tbs raisins or any other dried fruit you prefer
1 tbs lemon zest
vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Heat the butter, add the flour, pour hot milk over it, then bring it to a boil while stirring. Add the sour cream, icing sugar, raisin, lemon zest, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and if it has cooled down, egg yolks as well. Mix the creamy mass with the extra hard beaten egg foam, then add the cooked noodle. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar and add jam before serving.
