Chickpeas Balls

What you need:

1 Kilo boiled Chickpeas
3 Large Carrots-Shredded
2 Large Inions-Chopped
5 Cloves of Garlic-minced
Herbs you like - I added Oregano, Thyme and Lovage
2 Tablespoon of Flour

Mix all ingredients and form a ball.

Bake at 150degrees Celsius for 30 minutes and turn it upside down and bake again for another 20minutes or until all sides are golden brown.

Cool down, can be frozen for future consumption.

Flat Bread

What you need:

1 teaspoon of Yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
500grams of Flour

Mix yeast, sugar, water and small flour to activate the yeast.

After 10-20minutes, add flour and kneed.

Once gluten is formed, keep it aside for at least an hour or best overnight.

Cut the dough into small pieces, approximately 12 pieces and make a small balls.

Flat it out using fingers or rolling pin. I use both and make a small flat circle.

On your pan, cook the flat bread.

This bread freeze well too so you can keep them and just defrost whenever you want to eat them.

Chickpeas Spread

What you need?

1.5 cups of Boiled Chickpeas
2 tablespoon
minced garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4cups of Olive oil

Dried Tomatoes
Herbs - Thyme, coriander, parsley

Mix in the blender until smooth and serve.

Freeze well too! Enjoy it whenever you want.
