CHILLI GARLIC POTATO – It is a simple potato recipe with less ingredients. It was soft and chewy in texture. Kids were liked by looking as its shape, but healthy dinner option too.
Because, the seasoning itself very mild and flavorful. You can adjust seasonings based on your preferences.

INGREDIENTS:
- Potato – 350gms (Boiled)
- Corn flour – 150gms
- Water 2tbsp
- Salt as required
- Butter 2tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1tbsp
- Sweet chilli sauce 1tsp
- Hot sauce ½ tsp.
- Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
- Red chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves 2tbsp.

SUGGESTIONS:
• Use chopped garlic for flavor than fine paste.
• Water can be adjust based on moisture content of potato while making a dough.
• Use wide vessel to boil the potato and amount of water may depending how much potato used.
