INGREDIENTS

KHANDVI
Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp ( ½ inch ginger and 2 green chillies)
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste

TEMPERING/TADKA
Oil 2 tbsps
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 7-8
Asafoetida/Hing a pinch
Green chillies 2-3
Grated coconut handful
Coriander leaves finely chopped
