KETO BURRITO BOWL INGREDIENTS:
For the cilantro lime cauliflower rice:
► 3 tbsp Olive oil
► 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
► 1 lb Cauliflower rice (~4 cups, fresh or frozen)
► 1/2 medium Lime (zested and juiced)
► 1 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
► 1/4 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
► 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)

For the low carb burrito bowl:
► 1 lb Flank steak (sliced thinly against the grain)
► 2 tbsp Olive oil (divided in half)
► 1 tbsp Lime juice
► 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
► 4 medium Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
► 1/4 large Red onion (diced)
► 1 medium Avocado (sliced)
► 1/4 cup Sour cream (omit for dairy-free or paleo)
