INGREDIENTS:
3 cups watermelon, cubed
1 english cucumber, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 bunch mint, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lime
2 tb apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper
RECIPE:
In a large bowl, add all of the above ingredients. Toss and adjust salt and pepper as needed and enjoy!
