A brand of “Keisan-gyu”, which is Japanese black cattle that has given birth. The number of wagyu mother cattle is small, compared to wagyu heifer. At Jukuho Farm, selected mother cattle are chosen for the refattening process. In the refattening process, the farmers include more vitamins to the feed, in order to create a stronger taste for more flavorful meat, and a unique feed blend to provide an intestinal environment improving the digestive system od the cattle to absorb more nutrients. As a result, Juku Aged-Wagyu has a deep umami flavor with a unique taste, and is leaner and healthier with marbling grade around 2 and 3, and contains good amino acids which promotes healthy eating.
