January RIV: Disease-Modifying Therapies

JDRF Scientists Cassandra Bazile, Ph.D. and Jay Tinklepaugh Ph.D. give an overview of JDRF's work in disease-modifying therapies (DMT) for type 1 diabetes. This includes therapies directed at the immune system to alter the autoimmunity behind type 1 and therapies directed at preserving and regenerating beta cells.
