The patient came for the first time to a Belgrade branch of Swiss Medica group in November 2021, four months after he was diagnosed.

Iosif’s first symptoms started in May 2021. It was a pain in the lumbar region, mostly in the right, with irradiation to the leg up to the little finger, cramps in the leg. He was diagnosed with MND in July 2021 after the diagnostics are done in his country. Before his arrival at the clinic, he had only pulse therapy.

His main complaints were:
- Weakness in the right foot, dropping foot while walking and walking upstairs, slimming leg. Maximum distance- 2 km
- fasciculations in the right leg, right triceps, and left hip
- low back pain in the right side with irradiation to the right leg until ancle

The first time he came to Belgrade, the Serbian branch of the Swiss Medica group in November 2021.

The first 7-day treatment program included 3 stem cells procedures, IMR therapy, and daily physiotherapies.

A few months after the treatment patient admitted positive changes.
The strength of his right leg and especially of his right foot is much better. He says that now it is easier for him to walk and he feels more stable. He also has more energy for everyday activities.

Fasciculations in his right leg decreased a bit. There was no worsening of his symptoms,

The second treatment took place over a three months period.

During his second treatment, he received 2 stem cells procedures, IMR therapy, and physiotherapy.

Stem cell therapy:
1. Intravenous infusion of the activated placenta (multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells)- 2 doses
2. Intramuscular administration of activated umbilical cord (multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells- into the weak muscles of the right leg
3. Intranasal application of exosomes from Mesenchymal cells - daily
4. Intravenous infusion of the allogeneic umbilical cord (multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells) - 1 dose
5. Intravenous infusion of allogenic placenta-derived stem cell products –exosomes
6. IMR Therapy: Intravenous Injections of Intracellular Metabolism Recovery Therapy
7. Physiotherapy: For the lumbar region: Interferential current therapy, TENS, massage, manipulation, SWT (spark wave therapy) for the spine, SIS (superinductive system) for the right leg to reduce spasticity, ES (electrostimulation) for muscle peroneal (E2 stimulation).
