On this video I explain a little of what's been going on in my own journey to become the best version of myself... I am currently without a coach (I had one for about 6 months & I was able to learn from her a lot). But since I am done with my coach I tried intuitively eating because I was feeling extremely burned out from tracking macros... Well, I ended up losing some weight & in the middle of this video I realized that so I am back to tracking (not obsessively or really trying to hit any macro goal but more so that I can hit protein & eat in a surplus!) I hope you guys understand, but I will continue with this healing journey that has been taking me long but I KNOW IT WILL BE ALL WORTH IT :)
