Fresh methi/fenugreek leaves - 1 cup chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
Green chilli - 1/2 tsp crushed
Ginger - 1/2 tsp grated
Jeera /cumin powder - 1tsp
Ajwain - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Water ~ 1 cup or as required
Oil - for greasing and roasting
Extra wheat flour for dusting
