Today I have a new healthy breakfast recipe to share with you - a super easy porridge bread.
This amazing no-knead bread takes just minutes to prepare and is naturally gluten free with no flour.
I have really enjoyed creating quick and easy breads recently. What I love about this bread is that it is easy and healthy. It only takes about 5 minutes to prepare and then it’s ready to go in the oven.
Ingredients:
250 g rolled oats / ~ 2 3/4 cups.
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
210 g yogurt (or dairy free alternative) / ~ 3/4 cup
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tbsp baking powder
20 x 8 cm baking form / 8 x 3 inches
pumpkin seeds for decoration
bake for 35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
