HIII and welcome to another celebrity what I eat in a day/foodie cooking vlog! I know we're all hooked on the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial live court case, which made me curious about Johnny's favorite foods!

The thumbnail is just for the *clicks* because he has a super balanced and amazing diet! As always I went crazy in the kitchen (with a little ASMR cooking sprinkled in) and this day will be full of vegan, plant based, and non plant based recipes so we've got a little bit of everything! I hope you enjoy the vlog :)

Caribbean Coconut Fish Stew:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, paprika, nutmeg, cinnamon & chili powder to taste
juice of 2 lemons
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
6 large tomatoes, blended
6 tilapia filets
lots of spinach

Saute the bell pepper, onion, garlic and spices in olive oil for 5 min or until caramelized. Pour in the blended tomatoes and coconut milk, plus water as needed. Simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring every so often and adding more coconut milk if needed. Put the tilapia filets in at the end and simmer for just 8-10 min. Add a bunch of spinach during the last minute of cooking. Serve with more lemon and rice!
