In today's video I show you how I make my infamous Overnight Oats. The great thing about the recipe is that it is easy and you only need a few ingredients. I love how you can meal prep these breakfasts and eat them a few days later. I always find the mornings can be so busy, so having something quick, easy, filling it amazing. You can customize the base recipe and add different toppings to keep it interesting.

Overnight Oats Recipe:
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 Unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon of greek yogurt
1 Scoop of protein (any flavour)
Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, chia seeds, nuts etc.
