How To Make CABBAGE ROLLS With Three Sauces | Healthy Cooking
Cabbage Rolls is a dish consisting of steamed/cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around a variety of fillings.
Cabbage rolls are one of the healthiest comfort foods around. Each one of these rolls are packed with an abundance of flavors and nutrients.

Ingredients:
CABBAGE ROLLS STUFFING
1 whole head - Cabbage
500 grams - Ground meat (Pork, Chicken or Beef)
2 tsp - Light soy sauce
1 tsp - Oyster sauce
1 tbsp - Ginger
2 tbsp - Garlic
1 tsp - Sesame Oil
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Sugar
1\2 tsp - Pepper
1 pc - Egg
2 tbsp - Flour
GRAVY SAUCE
1 cup - Cabbage drippings (Add water to make 1 cup, if necessary)
2 tsp - Light soy sauce
1 tsp - Sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water - Slurry mixture
GARLIC CHILLI SAUCE
1/2 cup - Sunflower or Olive oil
1/4 cup - Sesame oil
1 tbsp - Garlic, minced
1 tsp - Annato powder or paprika
1 tsp - Chilli padi or chilli flakes or chilli powder (Adjust to your preference)
CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE
1/2 cup - Tomato sauce, pureee or chunks
1/2 cup - Stocks (vegetable, beef or chicken)
1 tbsp - Cooking wine
1 tbsp - Garlic, minced
1 tbsp - Butter
