INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

500 grams flour
Water as needed
Pinch of salt
For the Filling:
2 large sized chayotes finely grated
4 medium sized onions finely chopped
1 inch piece ginger minced
½ tsp ajinomoto
125 ml olive oil
Salt as per taste
For the chutney:
3 medium sized tomatoes
2 tbsp white sesame seeds lightly roasted
3-4 green chilies (adjust the spice as per taste)
1 tsp ginger grated
Salt to taste
