- 1/4kg ground pork
- 1/2kg squash
- 1/8kg okra
- 1/4kg moringa fruits
- 1/8kg string beans
- 1big eggplant
- 1 bunch of petchay / pechay
- 1big tomato
- 3green chilies
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy (bagoong isda)
- 1 + 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp osyter sauce

TAKE NOTE*
- you can add medium size of bitter gourd if you like.
