There’s no single or “right” method for how to be healthy – it depends on YOU and your body. Today, I’m sharing how I stay healthy and prioritize my health WITHOUT stressing about it so much! So let’s explore: What rules do you have around food? How do you listen to your body? How do you manage stress in your life?

Trying to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle can be hard, and it’s even more difficult when we throw stress into the equation. I’ve been on a long journey to heal my relationship with food and I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned.
