The way I eat and treat my body physically affects my frequency and mental health so much. In this video, I share with you guys how I take care of my body so I feel my best as often as possible: from what I eat in a day, to my approach to working out, and more. I also share some key things that have been helping me reach my fitness goals lately like tracking my macros and eating intuitively. Note that I am currently eating an anti-inflammatory diet (gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar) to help my skin!
