High Protein Green Moong Jowar Roti - Healthy Breakfast For Weight Loss / Breakfast Recipes
Ingrediants ;
Green moong dal / Green Gram ( soaked overnight )- 1 cup
green chilli - 2
ginger - 1 inch
garlic - 4 nos
coriander leaves - one handful
blend all these coarsely
jowar flour / sorghum millet flour - 1 and half cup
wheat flour - 1 cup
cumin - 1 tsp
salt as required
add water in batches and make a dough like chapati dough
roll it evenly and make round shape withe help of any lid
cook both sides until golden apply oil to get moist
delicious protein rich breakfast is ready .
serve hot with any chutney or yoghurt
