FEATURED RECIPES:
Pumpkin Waffles
*Used Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix. Followed package instructions for Waffles. Substituted Melted Butter for Unsweet Applesauce (equal amount).

BLT Pasta Salad
*combine all ingredients
-1 lb pasta, cooked drained and cooled
-6oz cheddar Cheese cubed
-1 head of romaine lettuce shredded
-1/4 red onion diced
-1 package cherry tomatoes quartered
-0pt Ranch Dressing (1.5 Cups Pain Non Fat Greek Yogurt + 3 TBS ranch seasoning + 1/3 Cup of water).
***Add dressing to taste! I used half this recipe and used the other half for veggie dip for the week!

Hawaiian Rice with Teriyaki Meatballs
*combine all ingredients
-2 Cups Jasmine rice cooked in 3 Cups Water or Chicken Broth
-1 Green Bell Pepper diced
-1/4 Red Onion diced
-1 Can Pineapple tidbits, drained and rinsed (removing the extra juice makes them 0pts!)
-24 Aidell's Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs (I used half the package from Costco, and froze the other half!)
