Warm Salad
preheat to 400
on a baking sheet with olive oil add your veggies (I did chickpeas, broccoli, grape tomatoes) add a block of feta cheese on top
season with - salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
bake for 25 min
add over a bed of arugula with homemade dressing

dressing:
olive oil
white wine vinegar
dijon
