Healthy can be so incredibly delicious. If it isn't already, this recipe of a delicious Vitamin Bowl should be on your list! The Taste of TUI BLUE shows you how to prepare a healthy and delicious meal at home. Choose the toppings of your choice and enjoy right away or the next day. Another benefit: you can conveniently prepare it in advance. No time is no excuse anymore.
Ingredients:
- 350g mixed color baby carrots or normal ones
- 1 Pomegranate
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 250g Bulgur, Couscous or other Grain
- 40g Feta Cheese
- Red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
Preparing:
Wash all ingredients. Place all carrots in a frying pan, add olive oil, sea salt and black pepper on medium heat for 15 minutes. Mash the pomegranate, strain the juice and add red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Coarsely chop the mint leaves, mix everything and season to taste.
Arrange on a plate or in a bowl, sprinkle some feta cheese on top and some pomegranates as topping.
