This soul food Sunday meal can SMACK! But you won't believe how healthy it is! I'm making hot honey baked chicken, gumbo collard greens, mac n' cheese ( with hidden veggies and other swaps), green beans, brown rice, and salad. I suggest eating a small portion of the mac and the brown rice, and filling up on all the veggies and protein. The healthy fats like grass fed butter and organic lard will keep you full, but not give you the "itis"
