So here is my recipe of crispy protein khakras!
Ingredients:
1.1 cup whole wheat flour.
2. 1 cup All plant protein powder
3. Salt to taste
4.cumin powder.
5. Red chilli powder.
6. Garam masala powder.
7. Carom seeds (ajwain).
8. Kasuri methi.
9. Turmeric powder.
10. Water to knead the dough.
How to make: After kneading rest the dough for at least 15 mins , and try rolling a thin roti and keep pressing without allowing it to puff up on a low flame
