Sometimes its not just smoking that causes congestion, it can also be because of pollution , toxic fumes from burning oils etc in your kitchen or even prolonged sinuses.

One teaspoon of jeera(cumin)
Two crushed peppercorns
Boil this in one cup of water and have it in the morning for approx 10days and feel the difference in being able to breathe easier.
