1 Cup (112g) protein pasta - I used kaizen but any kind will work.
3/4 Cup (85g) peas
1/2 Tbsp (7g) evoo
1-2 Tbsps (5-10g) pecorino Romano
1-2 Tbsps (5-10g) shaved parm
Salt to taste
