Ingredients
(to cook oats)
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup water
1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil/any oil
(to prepare the veggies)
1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil/any oil
1/4 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 green chilli
3 cloves garlic grated
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 small finely chopped onion
2 tsp frozen/boiled green peas
2 tbsp chopped green beans
2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped & peeled carrot
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
