The drink is made from 5-6 (finely cut) raw curry leaves placed in boiling water. After boiling for 1 minute, we can turn off the flame and let it cool down. Consumption of curry leaves have many proven health benefits.

*For better results, I consume it early in the morning on an empty stomach. I am using it for weight loss.

1. It helps with digestion in various ways.
2. It reduces cravings and helps curb appetite.
