I don't believe in deprivation. When it comes to eating healthily, I believe that not all the foods you love and enjoy should be banned you can still enjoy them in moderation or as a treat. I also love and teach my clients to make healthier versions of the foods they love. This is how healthy lifestyle and eating healthily has become my long term strategy, it's not a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change. If you work on changing your lifestyle and becoming healthier, weight loss is just going to be a positive side effect of that and maintaining your weight loss will come easily and naturally to you I promise!
