Health Is a Lifestyle. Start your healthy route as early as possible. It is such a nice journey.
Diet and exercise are the two most important changes you can make. Even if you’ve never been active, it’s never too late to get started. A healthy diet and physical activity are good at any age. As you age, these healthy habits strengthen muscles and bones. If you have never been active, start with walking everyday for at least 5 km.
You don’t have to change your diet all at once. Try making 1 small change at a time.
Proper sleep is as important as the food you eat and the exercise you do. A healthy good night’s sleep can improve your health and your results in the physical realm. Sleep at least 8-9 hours in a dark room.
Regular checkups are essential. Always remember about your health and complete health check ups once a year.
Make Time to Take Care of Your Brain. Switch up your daily routine and workout once in a while and keep your brain engaged by learning new skills: Read a book, learn languages, try to learn something useful and interesting daily.
Don't let your body retire when you do. Don't be deterred by thinking it's too late to lose weight or start exercising. Although your metabolism slows down as you get older, it doesn't mean you can't get to or maintain a healthy weight.
Many plan financially for retirement, but they don't plan for the social aspect of this phase of life. Make a plan for getting out and being with people on a regular basis. For example, consider joining a hobby group or a local sports club.
Remember you are unique! Treat and love yourself, take small steps to your dream life, everyone has a different temp of life, take your time.
