Healthy life style: No dieting for fitness and healthy living

Dieting, fear of food, obesity, always food choosy and mental stress but all in vain. Still obesity and metabolic syndrome diseases. What is solution? The major mistakes are 1. Lack of knowledge about health, food and lifestyle
2. Food myths
3. Wrong food precautions
4. Wrong dieting
5. Temporary dieting.
The solution is healthy lifestyle in which the dieting or precautions are not for short term or specific period. Rather mentally understanding the healthy food and bad foods, healthy living. Then change your lifestyle in which you enjoy healthy food instead of temporary dieting for a specific period then waiting to start again. Once you understand that these foods are not good for me then you you happily adopt and enjoy. Secondly reduce process junk food, no need to completly avoiding.
Physically activity is very very important, walk, work outs, gym, avoid oversitting, keep moving and try to walk whereever possible.
Be mentally relaxed, avoid stresses.
