Inji Rasam (இஞ்சி ரசம்)
Moong dhal water (பாசிப்பருப்பு தண்ணீர்) - 750 ml
Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்) – ½ tsp
Ginger juice (இஞ்சி சாறு) - 200 ml
Cooking Oil (சமையல் எண்ணெய்) - 1 small ladle
Mustard(கடுகு) - 1/4 tsp
Jeera(சீரகம்) - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves(கறிவேப்பிலை) - 15 nos
Tomato (தக்காளி) - 3 nos
Sambar powder (சாம்பார் தூள்)- 1 tsp
Asafoetida(பெருங்காயம்) - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind pulp (புளிக்கரைசல்)- 200 ml
Coriander leaves (கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்) – few
Salt (உப்பு) - As per taste
