2 cups blueberries
2 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Mash blueberries with a fork as they cook. Remove from heat and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
