And while there are SO many new flavors and varieties now, Samosas will always be a classic! So now if that Samoa craving hits ANY time of year, you can make a healthy, nourishing version at home with just 4 ingredients!!

INGREDIENTS
10 large dates
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut + extra for topping
1/4 cup each of coconut & chocolate protein powder ( I used legion, save with code 2XW) *swap for plant based to make dairy free
1-2 tbsp hot water (you can also pre-soak the dates and omit this)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

DIRECTIONS
•Preheat oven to 350
•Optional: toast your coconut in a dry pan until lightly browned
•Blend everything except chocolate chips and coconut oil
•Using about 1tbsp of mix, dollop, flatten, and create a hole on a parchment lined baking tray. (Make about 13 and make sure you have a reserve for topping)
•Bake for about 8-12 minutes or until slightly crisp (they will harden more as they cool)
•Once cooled, spread the rest of the mix on them, followed by more coconut flakes and a drizzle of chocolate!
Macros based on 1 cookie:
Total calories for one: 115
Protein: 4g
Carbs: 12g
Fat: 5g
