A healthy food swap that you can do right now is to use real peanut butter instead of the peanut butter with all of the extra additives.

I found this one at my local Costco, and the ONLY ingredient is roasted peanuts! WOW!

In the Kraft peanut butter, there is a whole bunch of other ingredients, including Maltodextrin which is really bad for our health.

Plus, once you start eating the REAL peanut butter, you’ll love it so much that you won’t want to go back.
