If you’re like me and my family, we love ketchup on just about everything. But when you add it all up, that is a LOT of sugar that we are ingesting.
In fact, one of the main brands of ketchup has 4 grams of sugar per tablespoon! 4g isn’t a lot, but we usually use a lot more than one tablespoon per serving!
