Healthier Eats Pt 1 ☺️

A versatile shrimp lettuce wrap, add rice to make it more filling!


2lb peeled and deveined shrimp

Veggies I used:
1 zucchini, yellow squash, onion, carrot, jalapeño
1/2 red bell pepper

Seasonings: (Total amount for shrimp and veggies)
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic & onion
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

1/4 cup low sugar ketchup
1/4 cup no sugar bbq (@sbrbbq)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sriracha
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp white vinegar

Finish with cilantro and pickled jalapeños
