The only overnight oats recipe you need! Protein packed with quick oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds! #shorts #foodshorts #oats #recipe #food

recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats (we used gluten free oats)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp vanilla coconut yogurt
Drizzle of honey
1/2 cup coconut milk

Tip: add frozen berries to your jar or a different flavour yogurt

Add all the ingredients to your favourite jar or container and mix well. Let it sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours and when you’re ready to eat add your toppings and ENJOY
