Hello! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy dessert recipes that are easy to make and taste good! These gluten free recipes are gluten free desserts that are healthy. Pumpkin spice donuts
* 1/4 cup coconut flour
* 2 tbsp tapioca flour
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
* 3 tbsp coconut sugar or monk fruit
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Bake at 350F for 12-15 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before glazing.

glaze:
* 2 tbsp almond butter
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Makes 6 donuts


Chocolate banana bread
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup df/sf chocolate chips (I like the @caminosamigo unsweetened)

- Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Caramel apple dip
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp almond butter

Caramel top:
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Granola to top
